Dean’s experience in property renovations with his own home, investment properties and clients’ investments include property acquisition, design, vendor management and budgeting.
Prior to his move to California, Dean’s career path has taken him to Boston, New York, Chicago, and Luxembourg. With 30 years of sales and marketing experience, Dean’s successful marketing, showing and negotiation strategies achieve success for his real estate clients.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master in Business Administration in Marketing from Sacred Heart University.
